well zadar2 is great for being a mod. he is active, and he has been admin on my site and he use to have his own site. plus he is an old friend of mine from multiple sites. if i had a choice he would already be a mod. also he follows rules on all 5-10 forums me and him have been on together.

ok, your not a mod yet because that would not be fair to other users so your a trainee mod

ok. all users, regardless should be a trainee mod then a mod then possibly an admin. we can have unlimited trainee mods but only certain amount of mods and admins. that way if we have alot of trainee mods and a mod quits or is promoted then we can get a new mod in minutes.

no, trainee mods train to become a moderator, there are two mods who will teach Trainee mods to become a moderator they are:

Admin
&
Jordandi

ok. i think the best way to train them is to create a forum, have them join, make them a mod, and make problams to fix. it like a training simulation. you know like at nasa when you learn to be an astronaut they have the anti-gravity simulation.
